1. Agreement to terms

By purchasing or using Launch11 products, services, and the Launch11 Pass, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. License and eligibility

Launch11 grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use covered products while your pass is active and in good standing. You are responsible for keeping account and license access details secure.

3. Billing and renewals

Launch11 Pass subscriptions are billed through the payment provider shown at checkout. Renewals, billing updates, and cancellations are handled via the subscription portal linked on this site.

4. Acceptable use

You may not misuse, reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to Launch11 systems or services. You may not share license keys in violation of the purchased usage terms.

5. Availability and changes

Launch11 may update products, pricing, supported features, and these terms over time. Material updates will be posted on this site with a revised effective date.

6. Warranty disclaimer

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Launch11 disclaims implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Launch11 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
